Our financial modelling team support businesses across every industry in making their most critical decisions. We work with some of the most exciting businesses in the UK and around the world supporting senior decision makers in navigating through changing markets, evolving technologies and major strategic investments.
As a graduate financial modelling consultant you will have the opportunity to work on some of our most exciting projects from the beginning. We will support you in building experience quickly, developing market leading technical expertise and developing well rounded professional knowledge that will allow you to support businesses across a range of industries and situations at the most senior level.

Our models are typically built in MS Excel and can involve complex and technically refined mathematical and financial calculations. We also provide impactful data visualisation tools and processes where clients need to manage and take advantage of large amounts of data or develop bespoke code to provide automations that create significant efficiencies or overcome operational limitations.
In order to successfully deliver bespoke models that meet each clients unique requirements you will need to be able to have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and experts in various areas. You will also need to work well within our teams and learn from experienced financial modellers to deliver outputs at a high standard.

STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Similar Academic Discipline
Preferably consisting of 1 or more STEM, Finance or Business Related Subjects (if applicable)
Numeracy skills will be covered further in our Assessment Tests
Minimum Grade 6 GCSE and Literacy skills will be covered further in our Assessment Tests
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word will be required and assessed.
Data Analysis or Coding Skills in any language such as VBA, SQL, C# or Python
We offer a 3 year post graduate programme that will give you early exposure to live projects and formal professional training (CA) that together will allow you to develop market leading financial knowledge and technical skills that can truly set you apart. Our work covers corporate finance, strategy consulting, big data analytics, data visualisation, coding and a mastery of MS Excel. You will also gain invaluable consulting experience and industry knowledge in areas such as private equity, real estate, retail, infrastructure and technology.
To excel in this programme you will be curious about finance and how businesses work, enjoy complex problem solving and building bespoke solutions to the highest possible standard. You will thrive working in a fast paced environment on projects with great purpose, overcoming challenging and time pressured moments and contributing to a job well done.
Typically applicants will hold degrees in highly numerate or business focused disciplines and will be motivated by opportunities for continuous growth of skills and knowledge.
